Innovating Minds has supported the development of the distrACT app to enable individuals to receive sound advice and support around self harm. This app is free which ensures that young people can access the help they need and discreetly.
It has been a absolutely pleasure working alongside the team, especially Dr Knut. His passion and commitment is contagious. As a GP and a director of a social enterprise he is a very busy man, but he always has the time to help others.
We are looking forward to more partnership working so we can continue to offer innovative services to support peoples’ mental health.
