Innovating Minds is a social enterprise that cares about helping individuals with their emotional and mental health.

We focus on delivering specialist packages of support within educational establishments, local authorities and organisations. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide individual advice or helpline support. 

However, there are lots of services that can.

We have put together a selection of helpful services, that can provide telephone, email and online support.

 

Samaritans

Samaritans provide free, confidential support 365 days a year. Samaritans works to make sure there’s always someone there for anyone who needs someone. Samaritans provide telephone, email, letter and face to face support.

 

Childline

Childline provide free, confidential advice and support for children and young people under the age of 19. No problem is too big or small. There are lots of different ways to get in touch, including 1-2-1 counsellor chat and help from other young people through their website.

 

Papyrus

 Papyrus provide confidential advice and support for children, teenagers and young people up to the age of 35 who are worried about how they are feeling or anyone who is concerned about a young person.

 The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) project is a movement against male suicide. CALM provide free and confidential helpline and webchat support for men who would like to talk or find information and support.

 

YoungMinds Parents Helpline

 YoungMinds Parents Helpline offers free, confidential advice to parents and carers, worried about a child or young person under the age of 25. You may have questions about a child’s behaviour, emotional wellbeing or mental health condition. YoungMinds also offers a ‘Parent to Parent’ chat service on their website.
